For African workout aficionados! This month-long course requires no equipment. The total fee for the 30 day challenge is $59.99 which is a one time payment. What you get: this consists of 15 hours of group workout sessions in a month. In each session, you get an hour workout that includes a warm-up and cool down. No beams to join and you can do it all in privacy at your own home. All broadcast will be conducted via Facebook Live on a private group entitled 50andFit. Starts at the beginning of the month and takes a break between days. Live broadcasts are saved for the remaining of the month for playback and participation.
